Dacia has recently earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.  Senior Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about the selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implicaitons of owning real estate, obtaing a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.  The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC) tracs the special issues and needs of senior property owners and provides education to Realtors who make seniors an important focus on their business.  The SRES designation was introduced in 1997 and is nationally recognized.

Dacia moved to California from Saratoga Springs,  NY when she was 20 years old and has been a resident of the Bay Area every since. On her 21st birthday she obtained her real estate license and purchased her first property for $32,000. This was the beginning of her great love for real estate and an appreciation for the value of a good investment.

Dacia has over 25 years experience in real estate and firmly believes that everyone should own real property. She is dedicated to helping others find a way to become a property owner or maximize their current investment. She is efficient, knowledgeable, assertive and caring. Dacia has two daughters who have attended Christ the King Catholic School and Carondolet High School. Her values and ethics she has established for her daughters speak of her own; honesty, trust, fairness. While away momentarily from the real estate world, Dacia enjoys entertaining friends, gourmet cooking, hiking and skiing.
